Description: The residential sales data is derived from the sales data information stored and updated in the Assessment and Tax CAMAlot database. The sales data is translated from CAMAlot into the GIS databases and filtered to show only the “good” residential sales within the last 2 tax seasons, which runs from July 1 – July 1.
