These areas are typically a concrete area with water pipes, jets, colourful characters and other items that move water by shooting, spraying, trickling or other similar means. They are typically focused for children but all residents are welcome.They are usually within a 'park' but not always. These are typically splash parks specifically, they may be called spray parks. Excluded are areas like outdoor swimming pools, or water recreation features that people do not interact with such as decorative fountains.
